Conference language

The conference language is English. No simultaneous translation will be provided.

Climate

Sweden enjoys a temperate climate. In February, the temperature range is normally between -2 and -8°C.

Currency

Please not that Sweden remains with the Swedish Krona, usually indicated as SEK. While Sweden is not part of the EMU, merchants may accept euro but are not obliged to do so. Change given back to the client will most likely be in Swedish Krona.

Insurance liability

ECPHC2016 does not accept liability for individual medical, travel or personal insurance, and participants are strongly advised to take out their own personal insurance policies in their country of origin.

Letter of invitation

The congress organisation will be pleased to send a formal letter of invitation to delegates requesting one for visa purposes. You can apply for an invitation letter online during the registration process on the congress website. The letter will be sent as an email attachment.

Local time

Sweden is part of the Central European Time Zone (CET) + 1.
